A birthday card…like no other!

VIDEO: Neil’s new-age, grunge, vintage, altered media, chipboard, mini-album, birthday card! LOL!

Neil’s 40th birthday celebration was so special. We were thrilled that family and friends took time to come to the party. It’s a special memory that we will treasure, always.

I wanted to make Neil a one-of-a-kind birthday card, something that he might want to keep forever. Here is a video, showing the card in detail. I forgot to mention in the video that I used vintage designer paper to cover each “page” of the card; I put my Silhouette Cameo to work cutting out the lettering and images; and, I created the embossed cover using two different embossing folders on my Cuttlebug. The pages are chipboard, covered in vintage designer paper.

I hope it inspires you to create something new and different for someone special. Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think of it…and, if you have some suggestions, I’d love to hear them and share them with the crafting community.

Thanks, for stopping by!
